Als wichtiger Teil unseres internationalen Vertriebsteams verantwortest du unsere Outbound Aktivitäten zur Gewinnung von Neukunden. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
Neukundenakquise: Identifizierung und Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Projekte im Bereich maßgeschneiderter Softwarelösungen in der Schweiz und Deutschland.
Beratung: Analyse der Bedarfe potenzieller Kunden und Beratung zu individuellen Softwareentwicklungs-, Cloud-, Data- und KI-Lösungen.
Bid Management & Angebotserstellung: Du verantwortest die Erstellung maßgeschneiderter, wettbewerbsfähiger Angebote für Kundenanforderungen und arbeitest dabei eng mit internen Teams und dem Management zusammen, um unsere Lösungen optimal zu positionieren.
Networking & Events: Aufbau und Pflege deines Netzwerks durch Teilnahme an Meet-ups, Kundenveranstaltungen und Messen.
Du bist serviceorientiert, proaktiv und verfügst über ausgezeichnete organisatorische, Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten? Wenn das nach dir klingt, dann wirf noch einen Blick auf die weiteren Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich.
Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Customer Success, Account Management oder IT-Projektleitung im IT-Consulting.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten und agilem Delivery Management.
Erfahrung im Upselling, Cross-Selling und der langfristigen Kundenbindung zur Förderung von Geschäftswachstum.
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
Reisebereitschaft für Kundenbesuche.

Projektbegleitung & Optimierung: Du unterstützt im Projekt-Delivery, identifizierst potenzielle Risiken und stellst sicher, dass die Lösungen optimal auf die Geschäftsziele des Kunden abgestimmt sind.
Geschäftspotenziale erkennen: Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten für Up- und Cross-Selling bei Bestandskunden und unterstützt bei der langfristigen Kundenbindung.
