1. Schweizer Compliance-Expertise mit globaler Perspektive (ca 20%)
Sei Expert:in für Schweizer Arbeitsrecht, Sozialversicherung und Compliance-Standards und halte dein Wissen über regulatorische Anforderungen immer auf dem neuesten Stand.
Arbeite eng mit lokalen Rechtsberatern und HRBPs in der Schweiz, Deutschland und Spanien zusammen, um länderspezifische Compliance-Fragen zu klären und Best Practices zu entwickeln – ohne dass du tiefgreifendes Markt-Know-how außerhalb der Schweiz benötigst.
2. Globale HR-Compliance und Standardisierung (ca 30%)
Berate Führungskräfte bei komplexen HR- und Compliance-Themen, entwickle Standards, fördere eine Kultur der Compliance und Qualität und befähige Teams, hohe Standards einzuhalten und Risiken zu minimieren.
Entwickle, implementiere und überwache globale HR-Compliance- und Qualitätsstandards, führe regelmäßige Audits in den Regionen durch, um die Einhaltung sicherzustellen, Abweichungen zu identifizieren und Korrekturmaßnahmen einzuleiten.
3. HR-Operationen (ca 30%)
Entwickle globale HR-Richtlinien, sorge für deren Einhaltung, und unterstütze HRBPs bei rechtskonformen, unternehmensgerechten Entscheidungen.
Arbeite mit internen und externen Rechtsberatungen zusammen, um Compliance sicherzustellen, und etabliere Standards für den sicheren Umgang mit sensiblen HR-Dokumenten.
4. HR Business Partnering für zentrale Funktionen (HR, IT, FIN) (ca 20%)
Manage und unterstütze die täglichen HR-Operationen für die zentralen Funktionen HR, IT und Finanzen in Deutschland, Spanien und der Schweiz und stelle eine reibungslose Umsetzung der zentralen HR-Prozesse sicher.
Sei eine verlässliche Beratung für Führungskräfte und unterstütze bei Themen wie Performance Management, Mitarbeiterbeziehungen und Einhaltung von Richtlinien.

Client Acquisition - Identify and win new clients and projects around individual software solutions in the regions of Switzerland, Germany and Spain. You build and maintain a strong network in relevant industries and regions with the aim of transforming them into long-term partnerships.
Sales Strategy Development – Further develop and deliver sales strategies to win new customers and projects for our DPE service line. Develop and systematically manage the sales pipeline in the mentioned regions.

Process Consulting - Lead requirements engineering and scoping process with clients and internal teams to develop flow diagrams to illustrate current processes and identify and present improvements to drive client success
Solution design - Creating solutions based on the Flowable product and the individual business/IT requirements of the customer. You will study business requirements and will prepare Proof of Concepts, acting as an interface between our clients and the development teams. Working directly with a Flowable Architect and project stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle of multiple projects to define, design, implement and review business process-based solutions
