The Pension Funds of F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd offer interested parties the financing of owner-occupied or rented residential properties and multi-family houses as well as condominiums in Switzerland. By establishing its own web presence, the aim was to raise the awareness of its mortgage business in the Swiss market and increase the number of qualified potential customers for the products on offer.

To achieve this overarching goal, the new platform was to provide all relevant information on the mortgage business of Roche pension funds and, in particular, enable an automated review of the criteria for concluding a contract for a mortgage replacement. For interested users, the emphasis was on the smooth transmission of personal and property-related information during a loan application and interest offering. For the specialist department responsible internally, the focus was on the immediate availability of the electronically transmitted application data and all necessary documents in order to validate the loan application. This was intended to reduce the workload of the mortgage sales unit and design the real estate financing process more efficient.
