We rely on Flowable, our powerful automation platform, which combines BPMN, CMMN, and DMN for seamless process optimization through no-code, low-code, and pro-code development. In addition, we aim to provide end-to-end software delivery with enhanced and integrated technologies.

Your Profile

Are you service-oriented with excellent organizational, project management, delivery management and communication skills? If that sounds like you, take a look at the additional requirements:

  • A degree in Business Informatics or a comparable technical field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, project delivery, consulting, or a similar role.

  • Several years of hands-on experience in project management or agile delivery management.

  • Experience in business process automation, ideally with BPM tools like Flowable.

  • Experience with upselling, cross-selling, and long-term customer retention is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally


Your Challenge

In this interdisciplinary role, you will be the responsible Customer Success Manager for all US-based clients while also managing the delivery of Automation Fabric projects for a few key customers. This will include:

  • Customer Satisfaction & Continuous Improvement: You regularly analyze project results and actively gather feedback to strengthen customer relationships, meet the customer’s business goals and identify opportunities for follow-up projects.

  • Trusted Point of Contact: You serve as the central link between customers and internal teams (Sales, Support, Product Management, Service Delivery Team) to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Project Delivery: You lead and coordinate customer projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Flowable applications while identifying potential risks and aligning solutions with the customer’s business goals.

  • Business Growth: You identify up- and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers and contribute to long-term customer retention.
