As Director Sales - Digital Product Engineering (DPE) (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for the acquisition of new customers in our DPE service line.

Your Profile

You are an experienced sales leader with extensive expertise in the development and implementation of sales strategies. You have a strong communication skills, business acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities. You also bring the following with you:

  • A proven, successful sales record of individual software solutions and a network in relevant target segments

  • At least 8 years of professional experience in IT-Consulting, ideally in a consulting company for customized software solutions

  • Leadership experience in a similar environment and the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve ambitious goals

  • Business fluent in German and English

  • Willingness to travel in the DACH region


Your Challenge

  • Client Acquisition - Identify and win new clients and projects around individual software solutions in the regions of Switzerland, Germany and Spain. You build and maintain a strong network in relevant industries and regions with the aim of transforming them into long-term partnerships.

  • Sales Strategy Development – Further develop and deliver sales strategies to win new customers and projects for our DPE service line. Develop and systematically manage the sales pipeline in the mentioned regions.

  • Sales Leadership – Leading and developing our international DPE sales team through coaching, performance monitoring and training. You support your team to navigate complex deals throughout the entire sales cycle.

  • Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with your peers in marketing, product, customer success and finance to lead and/or support different strategic initiatives.
