As a Senior Account Executive (m/f/d), you will be primarily responsible for the development of new customers and support the expansion of existing accounts at our locations in Zurich and Bern.

Your Profile

You'll bring strong business acumen, negotiation skills and the ability to identify new business opportunities, manage them through the sales cycle and close complex transactions. You will also have the following:

• A proven, successful sales track record of customised software solutions through which you have built a network of relationships in your target segments and are able to advise, support and work successfully with customers.

• At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a consulting company for customised software solutions

• Proven experience in winning software development projects in the greater Zurich or Bern area

• Business fluent in German and English

Your Challenge

• Customer Acquisition - You focus on growing Mimacom's footprint by winning new customers and projects in the area of customised software solutions

• Communication – You generate new leads through networking activities and successfully convert them into long-term partnerships

• Bid Management – You create bids for customer use cases and requirements, working closely with other departments within the company

• Business Plan - You will create a robust business plan across community, customer and partner ecosystems to achieve significant growth of your accounts
